Alchemy Pure was founded by Chris and Jerry, neighbors in upstate New York for over 15 years. Chris started Sky Farm in 1998 with a focus on organic growing practices, while Jerry has long operated Herondale Farm, a well-known name in sustainable agriculture. When New York opened hemp licensing in 2018, they were among the first to apply.

Their transition from hemp to adult-use cannabis was natural. Years of working with living soil, understanding microclimates, and respecting seasonal rhythms gave them a foundation that most newcomers to cannabis cultivation simply don’t have. The name “Alchemy Pure” speaks to their belief that great cannabis is a transformation — sun, soil, water, and time turning seed into something extraordinary.
