Team leads are team members who get paid more and have more responsibilities to support the rest of the team. They know and perform the team member position but also function as floor supervisors. They do not take disciplinary actions but do daily checks of team members to make sure people are following standardized work procedures and to surface problems to executive staff.
Responsibilities
- Perform all team member duties at a high level
- Function as floor supervisor during shifts
- Conduct daily checks on team members
- Ensure team follows standardized work procedures
- Surface problems and issues to executive staff
- Support and mentor newer team members
Requirements
- Previous experience in cannabis retail or similar industry
- Leadership experience preferred
- Strong understanding of hospitality and customer experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Must be 21 years or older
